Love the Blackberry Ginger Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar! You gave me a tiny little sample bottle once when I was in purchasing some of my favorite oils, Woodsmoke and Garlic. I didn’t have a clue what to do with it, how I was going to use it. But since then I have been back to buy bigger bottles. I included it when I experimented with a sauce to put over salmon. Now I use it on many things and using it in place of dressing, allowed me to get away from ranch style dressings. Try some salmon over salad or even “taco type ” seasoned hamburger or lamb over salad and pour it over in place of unhealthy dressings and sauces.
