Bottle Refill Program

 

TO PARTICIPATE

• Join The Oil Tree’s bottle refill program by bringing in a 200ml, 375ml or 750ml bottle for refill and receive a $1 discount off standard bottle pricing (excludes 60ml bottle).
• Once your Oil Tree bottle is empty place the bottle in your dishwasher and run on normal cycle to clean the bottle thoroughly. If you do not have access to a dishwasher, you may hand wash with hot soapy water to clean any oil or vinegar residue. Make sure to air dry The Oil Tree bottle completely. The Oil Tree will not take back bottles with original cork. Please discard. See details below. 

STANDARDS BY WHICH A BOTTLE WILL BE CONSIDERED CLEAN, DRY, AND REFILLABLE BY THE OIL TREE:

• To maintain the integrity of our products and prevent mold and bacterial growth inside of your bottle, The Oil Tree bottle MUST be completely dry and visibly clean with no residue in sight.
• The Oil Tree will NOT refill bottles with any trace of moisture, residue, or contamination from dust, dirt, hair of any type, or insects in or on the bottle. 
• The Oil Tree, in its sole discretion, retains the right to refuse filling any bottle that does not meet the above standards for bottle preparation prior to refilling.
• Should your bottle meet the above standards, an Oil Tree team member will refill and relabel your bottle with product of your choice.
• Checkout and receive your $1 discount off standard bottle pricing for selected product.

*Valid with only Oil Tree branded bottles purchased from The Oil Tree (excluding 60ml bottles). Participants electing to join The Oil Tree bottle refill program agree to be held responsible for any misuse of the terms and conditions of the program and agree to release and hold harmless The Oil Tree from any and all liability.
